- The Ticketshop: Here, Ticket Buyers can purchase tickets for events. The Ticketshop may be integrated into the Organizer's website or operate as a standalone online store.
- The Dashboard: This tool allows Organizers to manage their events, track sales progress, and access event analytics.
- Our Website: Provides support for both Ticket Buyers and Organizers, offering essential information and assistance for using our platform effectively.
These channels ensure a seamless experience for both event organizers and ticket buyers, making event management easier and more successful.
3. Types of Information Collection
We collect several different types of information for various purposes, limited to the essential information required to deliver our services effectively and ensure the functionality of our system.
Ticketapply may collect and process Personal Data for the following roles:
- When you are using the platform as an Organizer of events.
- When you are buying a ticket.
- When you contact us or subscribe to our newsletter.
For Organizers
For Organizers, we store the following Personal Information:
- Your first and last name
- Your contact details
- Your email address
- Your bank account number
- Your credentials
- Your IP Address
- Browser information
- Additional information provided in person
For Ticket Buyers
For Ticket Buyers, we store the following Personal Information:
- Your first and last name

- Additional information might be processed if required by the Organizer of the event, including:
- Telephone number

4. Sources of Information
In principle, all information is obtained through the platform. Additionally, we may also collect data provided directly by users via email or phone communications. This includes information shared with us during support inquiries or when users provide feedback or request assistance through these channels.
5. Data Sharing
Ticketapply shares data when it is necessary for our services:
- The Personal Data (email and name) of a Ticket Buyer is shared with the Online Payment Provider to facilitate and secure the payment process. This occurs only when the Ticket Buyer initiates a payment. The Organizer of the event is in control of this data. Please refer to the Organizer's privacy policy for additional information.
- The personal data (email, name, and potentially address information) of an Organizer is shared with our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) supplier for invoicing purposes. Upon registering as an Organizer on our platform, your information will be entered into our CRM system.
- Prospects will be entered into our CRM system when they sign up for our newsletter or under specific conditions when they reach out through our contact form, by email, or phone.
- If required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency), we may share your personal data.
